摘 要:选择不同车型的在用重型车分别进行了不同环境温度、不同行驶里程、不同初始冷却水温度条件下的底盘测功机排放和实际道路排放试验,分析了不同因素对在用重型车排放因子的影响程度,获得了在用重型车排放因子在环境温度条件、里程劣化、冷起动等关键因素的修正系数。试验结果表明,CO_(2)排放的环境温度修正系数基本不随环境温度的变化而改变,CO和NO_(x)排放的环境温度修正系数整体上都随着环境温度的升高先减小后增大。国六在用重型车,NO_(x)排放冷起动修正系数明显大于国五在用重型车,CO排放冷起动修正系数略小于国五在用重型车,CO_(2)排放冷起动修正系数略大于国五在用重型车。实际使用过程中,国五在用重型车CO、NO_(x)和CO_(2)排放的里程劣化修正系数分别为DFCO=1.3507、DF■=1.4927,DF■=1.0788。The chassis dynamometer emission tests and real road emission tests were carried out under the conditions of different ambient temperatures,different mileages and different initial coolant water temperatures using different in-use heavy-duty vehicles.The influence degree of different factors on the emission factors of in-use heavy-duty vehicles was analyzed.The correction coefficients of emission factors of in-use heavy vehicles in ambient temperature conditions,mileage deterioration,cold start and other key factors are obtained.The experimental results show that the ambient temperature correction coefficient of CO_(2)emission basically does not change with the change of ambient temperature.The ambient temperature correction coefficients of CO and NO_(x)emission generally decrease first and then increase with the increase of ambient temperature.The cold start correction coefficient of NO_(x)emission of Stage 6 in-use heavy-duty vehicles is significantly bigger than that of Stage 5 in-use heavy-duty vehicles,while the cold start correction coefficient of CO emission is slightly smaller than that of Stage 5 in-use heavy-duty vehicles.In actual use the correction coefficients of mileage deterioration of CO_(2),CO and NO_(x)emissions of Stage 5 in-use vehicles are DFCO=1.3507,DF■=1.4927,DF■=1.0788.
