摘　　要：目的探讨下肢动脉硬化性闭塞(LEASO)患者支架植入术后1年的治疗效果和安全性。方法收集2019年3月至2021年8月北京积水潭医院行支架植入术的120例LEASO患者的临床资料。记录LEASO患者接受支架植入术后1年内的主要指标、次要指标、安全性指标。结果120例LEASO患者均成功植入支架,均成功开通血管,术后即刻通畅率为100%。术后第2天、出院时、术后1年踝肱指数分别为(0.82±0.16)、(0.91±0.21)、(0.74±0.14),均高于术前的(0.35±0.09),差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。术后1年随访时间歇性跛行距离为(486.7±51.6)m,长于术前的(121.4±30.2)m,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。随访期间并发症发生率为16.7%(20/120),分别为轻微出血4例、再闭塞7例、再狭窄9例。术后1年通畅率为94.2%。结论LEASO患者行支架植入术安全、有效,但治疗效果随着时间的延长有所下降。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of stenting 1 year after surgery in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(LEASO).Method Clinical data of 120 LEASO patients who received stent implantation in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital from March 2019 to August 2021 were collected.The primary and secondary indicators and safety indicators within 1 year of surgery were recorded.Result All patients were successfully implanted with stents in 120 LEASO patients.The patency rate was 100%immediately after surgery.The ankle brachial index was(0.82±0.16),(0.91±0.21)and(0.74±0.14),respectively on the second day,discharge and 1 year after surgery,which were higher than those before surgery of(0.35±0.09),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The intermittent claudication distance 1 year after surgery was(486.7±51.6)m,higher than that before surgery of(121.4±30.2)m,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of complication was 16.7%(20/120),there were 4 cases of mild hemorrhage,7 cases of re-occlusion and 9 cases of re-stenosis.The patency rate at 1-year follow-up after surgery was 94.2%.Conclusion Stent implantation is effective and safe for LEASO,but the therapeutic effect decreases with time.
