摘　　要：近年来,因各类重大突发事件时有发生,部分地区学校出现延迟开学、仓促上网课等现象,各学科教育也受到一定负面影响。但是对生涯规划教育而言,重大突发事件同时也意味着难得的发展机遇。如果及时应对和妥善利用,不仅可以提高生涯规划教育的教学效果,让大学生在自我发展、生涯探索等方面有所获益,而且可以推动生涯规划教育的创新和完善,进而为生涯规划教育的改革提供新的思路。Momentous public emergencies have had a huge impact on Chinese society.Due to the school's delay in the start of the semester and the haste of live online classes,various subjects have suffered many negative impacts.However,for career planning education,momentous public emergencies also mean rare development opportunities.If they are timely and properly utilized,not only can the teaching effect of career planning education courses be improved,students can benefit from self-development and career exploration,but also the innovation and improvement of career planning education courses can be promoted.
