摘  要:随着“30·60”目标的提出,以及新型电力系统建设的要求,电力行业碳排放的溢出效应和反馈效应在区域间碳转移中发挥着重要作用。通过重新计算电力行业碳排放,采用空间计量经济学方法,分析了2002—2019年中国电力碳排放的空间相关性,以及驱动因素的空间异质性特征。空间面板分析和内生性检验结果表明:人口数量、人均用电量和产业结构均对电力碳排放有显著正向影响,经济发展存在“以邻为壑”现象,电力碳排放的空间聚集效应正在减弱。因此,控制电力碳排放,应考虑周边省市的空间溢出效应,加强区域联防联控,促进区域协同发展。With the proposal of the“30·60”dual control target and the requirements of the construction of new power systems,the spillover effect and feedback effect of carbon emissions in the power industry play an important role in interregional carbon transfer.By recalculating the carbon emissions of the power industry,using spatial econometric methods,the paper analyzes the spatial correlation of China’s electricity carbon emissions from 2002 to 2019,as well as the spatial heterogeneity characteristics of the driving factors.The results of spatial panel analysis and endogenous test show that the population,per capita electricity consumption and industrial structure all have a significant positive impact on power carbon emissions,there is a phenomenon of“beggar-thy-neighbor”in economic development,and the spatial agglomeration effect of power carbon emissions is weakening.Therefore,to control the carbon emission of electric power,we need to comprehensively consider the spatial spillover effect of neighboring provinces,strengthen regional joint prevention and control,and promote coordinated development.
