政府补贴与碳税动态影响下的绿色技术创新扩散机制研究

摘　　要：为探究碳税与补贴政策动态调整对绿色技术创新扩散的影响,基于复杂网络演化博弈理论,构建企业绿色技术创新博弈模型,引入证据理论融合企业收益状况与市场环境信息建立网络演化规则,借助MATLAB仿真技术分析动态补贴与静态碳税、静态补贴与动态碳税、动态补贴与动态碳税三种情形下绿色技术创新网络的演化情况。研究结果表明:动态补贴可以纠正企业的非理性行为,使绿色技术创新扩散稳定在一定水平上;动态碳税则会强化网络在初期形成的演化趋势,推动绿色技术创新达到全扩散或湮灭;动态补贴可以在一定程度上缓解动态碳税造成的正反馈效应,降低网络演化的风险;在三种不同的情形下,补贴与碳税推动绿色技术创新扩散的作用机制存在显著差异。In order to investigate the impact of dynamic adjustment of carbon tax and subsidy policy on the diffusion of green technology innovation,based on the complex network evolutionary game theory,this paper constructs the game model of green technology innovation of enterprises,introduces the evidence theory to establish the network evolution rules by integrating the information of enterprises’revenue status and market environment,and analyzes the evolution of green technology innovation network under three scenarios of dynamic subsidy and static carbon tax,static subsidy and dynamic carbon tax,and dynamic subsidy and dynamic carbon tax with the help of MATLAB simulation technology.The results show that:dynamic subsidies can correct the irrational behavior of enterprises and stabilize the diffusion of green technology innovation at a certain level;Dynamic carbon tax will strengthen the evolutionary trend of the network at the early stage,driving green technology innovation to full diffusion or annihilation;Dynamic subsidies can alleviate the positive feedback effect caused by dynamic carbon tax to a certain extent and reduce the risk of network evolution;There are significant differences in the mechanisms by which subsidies and carbon taxes drive the diffusion of green technology innovation in three different scenarios.
