摘 要:在数字经济时代,推动新兴数字技术在消费领域的广泛应用,不仅是绿色消费发展的一种趋势,也是绿色消费发展的自我需求。研究发现,数字经济带动绿色消费发展仍然面临着一些问题,如部分消费者数字消费能力有限,使得绿色消费覆盖面受限;绿色消费足迹容易被精准掌握;绿色消费自主能动性受限;以及绿色消费信息存在安全风险。因此,首先,可适时开展数字消费工具的应用培训,扩大数字化绿色消费的受众面;其次,适时完善数字消费法规体系,保障数字化绿色消费信息安全;再次,可通过开展数字消费观念宣传教育,提高数字化绿色消费自主能动性;最后,应加强数字消费基础设施建设与数字经济专业人才培养,夯实数字化绿色消费的软硬件基础。In the era of digital economy,it is necessary to promote the wide application of emerging digital technologies in the field of consumption,which is not only a trend of green consumption development,but also the self-demand of green consumption development.The research finds that the digital economy still faces some problems in driving the development of green consumption,such as the limited coverage of green consumption due to the limited digital consumption capacity of some consumers;The green consumption footprint of consumers is easy to be accurately mastered by platforms or businesses;Consumers’initiative in green consumption is limited to a certain extent;And there are security risks in green consumption information.Therefore,first of all,the application training of digital consumption tools can be timely carried out to expand the audience of digital green consumption;Secondly,improve the legal system of digital consumption in time to ensure the safety of digital green consumption information;Thirdly,it is necessary to publicize and educate the concept of digital consumption to improve the initiative of digital green consumption;Finally,we should strengthen the construction of digital consumption infrastructure and the training of digital economy professionals,and consolidate the software and hardware foundation of digital green consumption.
