中国农业绿色发展时空演化及耦合协调研究

摘　　要：基于2013—2019年30个省份的面板数据,运用EWM-AHP组合赋权法、加权综合评价指数法和耦合协调度模型测算我国农业绿色发展水平和耦合协调发展水平。结果表明:(1)2013—2019年我国及各省份农业绿色发展水平明显提高,空间格局上呈现出从东向西依次递减趋势,东西部地区发展不平衡,且空间集聚态势显著。(2)2013—2019年我国及各省份农业绿色发展耦合协调度呈现出稳定上升变化趋势,耦合协调关系趋好,但整体上耦合协调度偏低,协调发展水平东高西低,发展趋势东强西弱。因此,为进一步提高我国农业绿色发展水平,促进农业绿色协调发展,应立足地区农业发展本底条件,制定差异化的农业绿色发展政策,强化农业绿色发展制度保障。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces from 2013 to 2019,the EWM-AHP combination empowerment method,the weighted comprehensive evaluation index method and the coupling coordination degree model were used to measure the green development level of agriculture and the level of coupled coordinated development in China.The results show that:(1)From 2013 to 2019,the level of agricultural green development in China and other provinces has been significantly improved,and the spatial pattern showed a decreasing trend from the eastern region to the western region,the development of the east and west was unbalanced,and the trend of spatial agglomeration is significant.(2)From 2013 to 2019,the degree of coupling and coordination of agricultural green development in China and various provinces has shown a steady upward trend,and the coupling coordination relationship tends to be better.However,the overall coupling coordination is low.The level of coupling and coordinated development is high in the east and low in the west,and the development trend is strong in the east and weak in the west.Therefore,in order to further enhance the level of agricultural green development in China and promote the coordinated development of agricultural green,we should base ourselves on the background conditions of regional agricultural development,formulate differentiated agricultural green development policies,and strengthen the institutional guarantee for agricultural green development.
