摘  要:近年来我国不断推进“健康老龄化”与“积极老龄化”战略,健康信息与健康信息服务已成为老年人普遍关注的重点内容。文章通过对我国32家省级公共图书馆的网络调研,对各馆老年人健康信息服务的类型、资源建设与特色服务进行总结与归纳。研究发现,公共图书馆老年人健康信息服务在充足感、均衡感、便利感和普惠感四个获得感维度上存在明显的薄弱与不足,老年人对公共图书馆提供的适老化健康信息服务获得感并不强烈。文章提出从内外协同发力、落实全域服务与素养培训、助推服务“引进来”与“走出去”、推进服务平台与保障机制建设4个方面实现适老化健康信息服务的充足感、均衡感、便利感和普惠感,以提升老年人获得感。In recent years,China has been advancing the practice of"healthy aging"and"active aging",and health information and health services have become a common concern for the elderly.The article summarizes the types,resources and special services of health information for the elderly through a network study of 32 provincial public libraries in China.The study found that public libraries'health information services for the elderly are weak in the four dimensions of access:adequacy,balance,convenience and accessibility.The study also found that the elderly do not have a strong sense of access to age-appropriate health information services provided by public libraries.It is also proposed that public libraries should make concerted efforts from both inside and outside the library,and implement province-wide services and literacy training.Libraries should also‘bring in’and‘go out’in terms of the service and press ahead with the construction of service platforms and guarantee mechanisms to achieve a sense of adequacy,balance,convenience and benefit for the elderly in accessing the service.As a result,the elderly can feel a real sense of gain.
