摘　　要：文章通过文献调研、案例调研等方法,梳理了当前美国各图书馆采取的受控数字借阅(CDL)技术解决方案,指出当前CDL服务进展缓慢主要受技术解决方案所限;之后以波士顿图书馆联盟正在进行中的“联合式CDL”计划为例,探讨以应用于联盟规模的馆际互借为目的的CDL技术解决方案。该计划体现出当前美国图书馆界在寻求技术解决方案过程中的重要趋势:注重社区主导的开源工具构建,建立由图书馆主导的开放、灵活、可互操作的技术生态。Based on literature research and case studies,the current Controlled Digital Lending(CDL)technology solutions adopted by libraries in the U.S.are reviewed.It is pointed out that the slow progress of CDL services is due to the limit of technology solutions.This paper,based on the Boston Library Consortium's Consortial CDL plan,discusses the technical solution of CDL for interlibrary loan services.The plan reflects an important trend in the search for technology solutions in the U.S.library community:focusing on community-led open-source tool building and the establishment of an open,flexible,and interoperable technology ecosystem led by libraries.
