摘  要:针对国内交通气象服务发展不均衡、服务需求多样化的问题,提出基于微服务的多样性、跨平台、易扩展等技术特性,以层次化、组件化的方式进行平台总体架构设计,采用REST风格以及轻量级JSON数据格式开展通信协作,建设交管天气风险管控平台,实现服务业务的可协作、可伸缩、可扩展,为交管气象部门提供数据级、产品级及平台级的分级气象服务。目前,应用该技术研发的交管天气风险管控平台已在交通科学研究所及多个省级气象服务部门中应用,实现交通气象服务的分级服务和按需服务。For the uneven development of domestic traffic weather services and different service needs,a traffic management weather risk control platform is built based on the technical characteristics of microservice diversity.It is a cross-platform and easy to be extended.The overall platform architecture is designed in a hierarchical and componentized way,REST-style and lightweight JSON data format are used for communication and collaboration,to achieve collaborative,scalable and scalable service operations.It can provide data-level,product-level and platform-level hierarchical weather services for traffic management weather departments.At present,the traffic management weather risk control platform developed with this technology has been applied in the Institute of Transportation Science and several provincial meteorological service departments to realize the graded and on-demand traffic weather services.
