摘 要:当前肺结节患者数量很大,有必要对复诊流程进行优化以缩短患者完成一次复诊的时间。以上海市某三级甲等专科医院为研究对象,通过掌上医院,对优化挂号、预约和专家号源等流程实现精准分级诊疗,使得外地患者完成一次复诊所需的时间缩短了75%,本地患者缩短了50%。未来随着医院“复诊一日通”模式的不断完善,未来有望向全市乃至全国推广,提升医院医疗服务水平提高患者满意度是实行数字化转型的本质。The patients with pulmonary nodules are increasing at present,it is necessary to optimize the follow-up procedure for these patients.It is hoped that the time for patients to complete a follow-up visit can be shortened.For this purpose,a grade A tertiary specialist hospital in Shanghai is taken as the research object to study accurate hierarchical diagnosis and treatment based on the palm hospital.It is found that the handheld hospital is achieved by optimizing the processes of registration,appointment and expert number source.The time it takes for out-of-town patients to complete a follow-up visit has been reduced by 75%,and that for local patients has been reduced by 50%.In the future,with the continuous improvement of the hospital’s"one-day follow-up consultation"model,it is expected to be promoted to the city and even the whole country in the future.Improving the level of hospital medical services and improving patient satisfaction are the essence of our hospital’s digital transformation.
