摘 要:针对现有心电监测局限于临床应用的问题,提出一种基于AI辅助的远程心电监测平台,并构建其整体架构,包括远程监测中心、AI智能分析中心和远程诊断中心等3个模块。为了验证该平台的应用效果,采用硬件端采集+卷积神经网络诊断的方式,实现心电信号的智能诊断,并得出卷积神经网络在心电信号识别方面具有较高的识别率的结论。实践证明该心电监测预警平台不仅可实现心电信号采集,还具备智能诊断功能,极大促进了AI算法在医疗领域的应用,体现了AI的优势。The existing ECG monitoring is limited to clinical application,hence,a remote ECG monitoring platform based on AI is proposed,and its overall architecture is constructed,including three modules,i.e.,remote monitoring center,AI analysis center and remote diagnosis center.In order to verify the application effect of the platform,the way of hardware acquisition+convolutional neural network diagnosis is adopted to realize the intelligent diagnosis of ECG signals,and it is concluded that the convolutional neural network has a high recognition rate.Therefore,it is concluded that the ECG monitoring and early warning platform can not only realize ECG signal acquisition,but also have intelligent diagnosis function,which greatly promotes the application of AI algorithm in the medical field and reflects the advantages of AI technologies.
