摘 要:配电网络在分配无功补偿总容量时,忽略了对补偿位置的电压约束,导致配电网有功损耗占比较高、配电线路功率因数较低。提出基于静止无功补偿装置的配电网经济运行优化方法。根据配电线路无功潮流和网损下降值,确定静止无功补偿装置补偿位置,选取功率因数、线损、运行电压、补偿当量4个运行经济指标,计算指标运行最优时的无功补偿总容量,将配电网无功负荷平衡、补偿容量极值、补偿位置电压极值作为约束条件,合理分配无功补偿总容量,最小化有功损耗,获得最大无功补偿经济效益。选取有15个补偿节点的10 kV城市配电网,设置对比实验,结果表明,设计方法降低了有功损耗占比,提高了配电支路功率因数,相比三种经典方法,配电网网损值最低,减少了电能损失费用。When the distribution network allocates the total capacity of reactive power compensation,it ignores the voltage constraint on the compensation position,which leads to high proportion of active power loss and low power factor of distribution line.This paper presents an optimization method for economic operation of distribution network based on static var compensator.According to the reactive power flow of distribution line and the decrease value of network loss,the compensation position of static var compensation device is determined.Four operation economic indexes,namely power factor,line loss,operation voltage and compensation equivalent,are selected to evaluate the total reactive power compensation capacity when the indexes operate optimally.The reactive load balance of distribution network,the extreme value of compensation capacity and the extreme value of compensation position voltage are taken as constraints.The total capacity of reactive power compensation is distributed reasonably,the active power loss is minimized,and the maximum economic benefit of reactive power compensation is obtained.A 10 kV urban distribution network with 15 compensation nodes is selected and a comparative experiment is set up.The results show that the design method reduces the proportion of active power loss and improves the power factor of distribution branch.Compared with the three conventional methods,the distribution network loss is the lowest and the power loss cost is reduced.
