摘  要:针对煤化工产生的焦化废水具有严重污染性,故本次开展煤化工中的焦化废水污染强化活性炭处理工艺分析研究。从某煤化工厂采集水样,利用椰壳制备活性炭并通过高锰酸钾对其强化,通过强化活性炭对焦化废水实施吸附测试。结果表明:相同吸附时间下,强化活性炭投入量越大,对焦化废水的处理效果越好;不同强化活性炭投入量在早期吸附量均大幅度提升,但是后期吸附量都趋于平衡,且相差并不大。在相同强化活性炭投入量的情况下,吸附时间越长,对焦化废水的处理效果越好,但5 min的曲线一直在上涨,而10 min曲线和15 min曲线在早期相差较大,但后期相差不大。In view of the serious pollution of coking wastewater produced by coal chemical industry,this paper carried out an analysis on enhanced activated carbon treatment process of coking wastewater pollution in coal chemical industry.It collects water samples from a coal chemical plant and uses coconut shell to prepare activated carbon,strengthening it with potassium permanganate,and carry out adsorption test on coking wastewater through enhanced activated carbon.The results showed that under the same adsorption time,the greater the amount of enhanced activated carbon input,the better the treatment effect of coking wastewater.The adsorption capacity of different enhanced activated carbon inputs increased significantly in the early stage,but the adsorption capacity tended to balance in the later stage,and the difference was not significant.With the same amount of enhanced activated carbon input,the longer the adsorption time,the better the treatment effect of coking wastewater.But the 5 min curve has been rising,while the 10 min curve and 15 min curve have a large difference in the early stage.The difference in the later stage is not significant.
