摘　　要：对HDR双相不锈钢法兰密封面的腐蚀形貌特征进行分析,分析导致法兰腐蚀渗漏的主要原因是缝隙腐蚀、晶间腐蚀和应力腐蚀,通过焊接工艺控制和采用修补剂对法兰密封面进行修补涂覆防腐涂层的方法,降低了管路法兰腐蚀渗漏问题。The corrosion morphology characteristics of the sealing surface of HDR duplex stainless steel flanges were analyzed,and the main reasons for flange corrosion leakage were crevice corrosion,intergranular corrosion,and stress corrosion.By controlling the welding process and using repair agents to repair and coat the flange sealing surface with anti-corrosion coatings,the problem of pipeline flange corrosion leakage was reduced.
