摘　　要：本文对航空发动机试车台燃油系统涡轮流量计的工作原理进行简单说明,详细分析了漩涡流、脉动流、介质粘度、介质污染度和电磁干扰等的外部因素对涡轮流量计测量精度的影响,并逐一给出了消除外部影响因素的方法,对涡轮流量计使用过程中的注意事项进行了详细说明,对航空发动机试车台燃油系统提升燃油流量的测量精度具有一定的指导意义。This article provides a brief explanation of the working principle of the turbine flowmeter for the fuel system of an aircraft engine test bench.It analyzes in detail the impact of external factors such as vortex flow,pulsating flow,medium viscosity,medium contamination,and electromagnetic interference on the measurement accuracy of the turbine flowmeter,and provides methods to eliminate external influencing factors one by one.It also provides a detailed explanation of the precautions during the use of the turbine flowmeter.It has certain guiding significance for improving the measurement accuracy of fuel flow in the fuel system of the aircraft engine test bench.
