摘 要:新能源高渗透率电力系统呈现电量富余、电力不足特点的主要原因是风电、光伏基本不具备容量效益,利用抽蓄与风光组成互补系统是解决该问题的有效途径之一。提出一种风光抽蓄互补系统合理容量效益优化方法,优化模型将互补系统合理容量效益以及风电和光伏装机作为决策变量,兼顾互补系统新能源利用率、发电可靠性和国民经济可行性。实际算例仿真计算的结果表明,所提算法能够有效解决风光抽蓄互补系统的容量效益与装机优化问题。The power system with high permeability of new energy is characterized by surplus energy and shortage of power,mainly because wind power(WP)and photovoltaic(PV)basically have no capacity benefit,therefore an effective way to solve this problem is using the complementary system consisting of pumped hydro storage(PHS)with WP and PV.A method for optimization of reasonable capacity benefit of the WP-PV-PHS complementary system,which takes the reasonable capacity benefit of the complementary system and the installed capacity of WP and PV as the decision variables of the optimization model,considers the new energy efficiency,power generation reliability and feasibility of national economy of the complementary system at the same time.The simulation results of a practical example show that the proposed algorithm can effectively solve the optimization of capacity benefit and installed capacity of the WP-PV-PHS complementary system.
