摘  要:针对国产数控系统替代进口数控系统的改造机床,通过开展典型零件加工工艺优化,在满足典型零件加工需求的基础上,完成国产数控系统工艺适应性、可靠性的验证,同时进一步提高改造机床的加工效率,实现特种车辆关键零部件加工设备的自主可控,打破进口数控系统在军工制造中的垄断地位,提升关键零部件数控加工效率及加工质量。The modified machine tool of domestic CNC system instead of imported CNC system can meet the requirements of typical parts processing and complete the process adaptability and reliability verification of domestic CNC system by carrying out typical parts processing technology optimization,which can improve the efficiency of the modified machine tool,realize the autonomous and controllable processing equipment of key parts of special vehicles,break the monopoly position of imported CNC system in military manufacturing,and improve the machining efficiency and quality of key parts of CNC key parts.
