摘 要:在实际生产中,运用常规夹具制造工艺,制作一套高精度钻床夹具,需要经过策划准备、方案设计及评审、设计制造等一套流程。但在加工周期有限或者受设备设施等工艺条件制约的情况下,如何运用夹具快速装调的工艺方法,保证制件在夹具上加工后达到一定的加工精度,是文章要讨论的问题。文章以职业技能大赛工具钳工(职工组)实操竞赛题目为例,把常规夹具制造工艺与夹具快速装调工艺方法相对比,总结出二者各自的工艺特点与运用场合。In the actual production,the use of conventional fixture manufacturing process to make a set of high-precision drilling fixture needs to go through planning and preparation,program design and review,design and manufactureHowever,if the processing cycle,the facilities and other technological conditions are limited,how to use the fixture rapid assembly and adjustment technology to ensure that the processed parts achieve a certain accuracy is the problem to be discussed in this paper.This paper takes the topic of the tool fitter(worker group)practical operation competition in skills competition as an example,compares the conventional fixture manufacturing process with the rapid fixture assembly and adjustment process,and summarizes their respective process characteristics and application occasions.
