氟硅酸钾法快速测定硅钙合金中硅含量研究

摘　　要：硅钙合金中的硅含量可以采用硝酸、氢氟酸、双氧水溶样,加饱和硝酸钾形成氟硅酸钾,利用酸碱滴定原理进行快速测定。通过试样分解研究、称样量研究、实验温度研究、氢氧化钠标准溶液浓度研究的条件试验,试验结果表明测定值与硅钙标准物质标准值相符,结果的相对标准偏差RSD≤1.00%。该方法准确快速,能更好地满足客户要求。The silicon content in calcium-silicon alloy can be dissolved by nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and hydrogen peroxide,and saturated potassium nitrate is added to form potassium fluosilicate,which can be quickly determined by acid-base titration principle.Through the conditional tests of sample decomposition research,sample weighing research,experimental temperature research and sodium hydroxide standard solution concentration research,the test results show that the measured values are consistent with the standard values of silicon-calcium standard materials,and the relative standard deviation of the results is less than 1.00%.The method is accurate,rapid and can better meet the requirements of customers.
