摘 要:钢制工件热处理后材料硬度提高,内螺纹会出现微变形或表面氧化皮,热处理过程中油泥杂质粘附在螺纹表面,导致螺纹塞规无法正常通过。正常丝锥校螺纹时阻力大易折断,通过改磨丝锥切削刃角度减少丝锥与螺纹的摩擦力来校正螺纹,使其螺纹塞规正常通过达到工艺要求。针对热处理后校螺纹丝锥卡死和折断的问题采用正确有效的方案进行处理,从而使零件能够达到工艺技术要求。通过改磨丝锥改变切削参数多次研究试验,解决热处理后校螺纹问题,具有较好的示范和推动作用。After the heat treatment of steel workpiece,the material hardness will increase,and the internal thread will have micro deformation or oxidative surface.During the heat treatment,the oil sludge impurities adhere to the thread surface,which lead to the failure of the thread plug gauge to pass normally.The normal tap is easy to break due to large resistance when calibrating the thread.Aiming at the problem that the thread calibrating tap is stuck and broken after heat treatment,a correct and effective scheme is adopted to deal with it,so that the parts can meet the technological requirements.By changing the grinding tap and changing the cutting parameters,the problem of thread calibration after heat treatment is solved,which has a good demonstration and promotion effect.
