摘　　要：以硫代靛红和三氟乙胺盐酸盐为原料,以原甲酸三甲酯为脱水剂,在温和条件下以5%~35%收率合成了11个新型的硫代靛红衍生的三氟乙基酮亚胺衍生物3a~3k,其结构经^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR和HR-MS(ESI-TOF)表征。初步尝试了该亚胺和苯并噻吩砜的[3+2]环加成反应,得到了含三氟甲基的多环杂环化合物。In this paper,we obtained 11 novel thioisatin-derived trifluoroethylketimine derivatives 3a~3k in 5%~35%yields by using thioisatins and 2,2,2-trifluoroethylamine hydrochloride as the starting material,and timethyl formate as the dehydrating agent.Meanwhile,we initially attempted the[3+2]cycloaddition of thioisatin-derived trifluoroethylketimine and benzo[b]thiophene 1,1-dioxide for synthesis of polyheterocyclic compound cotaining trifluoromethyl subunit.These compounds were characterized by ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR,and HR-MS(ESI-TOF).
