摘 要:为了提升农村住宅的采光、能耗和热舒适性等性能,借助Grasshopper平台,选用Honeybee、Ladybug、Octopus插件,提出一种基于树状高斯过程全局敏感性分析的农村住宅性能优化方法;通过构建基准建筑模型,综合分析设计参数对农村住宅性能的影响,并进行多目标优化。结果表明:农村住宅的建筑朝向与建筑高度为影响建筑采光、能耗和热舒适性的关键因素;与基准建筑模型相比,利用所提出方法优化后农村住宅的建筑全年平均有效天然光照度为35.62%,略有增大,建筑冬季采暖能源使用强度为25.30 kW·h/m 2,减小了10%,客厅冬季平均热舒适预计不满意百分比为14.28%,减小了5%。To improve performance of rural residences in terms of daylighting,energy consumption,and thermal comfort,a performance optimization method of rural residences based on global sensitivity analysis of treed Gaussian process was proposed with the help of Grasshopper platform and using plug-ins of Honeybee,Ladybug,and Octopus.By establishing a benchmark building model,impacts of design parameters on the performance of the rural residences were compre-hensively analyzed,and multi-objective optimization was carried out.The results show that building orientation and building height are key factors affecting building daylighting,energy consumption,and thermal comfort.Compared with the benchmark building model,the annual average useful daylight illuminance of the rural residence optimized by using the proposed method is 35.62%which has a slight increase.The energy use intensity of building heating in winter is 25.30 kW·h/m 2 with a decrease of 10%,and the average predicted percentage of dissatisfied of living room in winter is 14.28%with a decrease of 5%.
