摘 要:注水系统是油田地面工程主要的耗电单元之一。为降低油田注水系统耗电,针对多节点、多体系注水系统,开展了复杂注水管网系统仿真优化研究。该研究基于GIS数据,对某油田多源环-枝状注水系统进行了建模,通过采用最优化拟合技术,建立了注水管网水力修正优化计算模型,并采用混合牵引DFS方法进行了求解,求解精度与现场实测数据的相对误差控制在5%以内。据此提出了注水系统具体可行的注水泵运行优化方案,可以满足油田生产运行需要,总耗电量下降了0.98×104kWh/d,取得了较好的节能效果。The water injection system is the main power consumption unit of oilfield surface engineering.In order to reduce the power consumption of oilfield water injection system,the simulation optimization of water injection pipe network system with complex,in view of the water injection system of multi-node and multi-system,is carried out.The research,based on GIS data,is modelled for a multi-source and ring-and-brance water injection system in an oilfield.By using the optimal fitting technique,the calculation model of hydrodynamic correction optimization with water injection pipe network is established and the DFS method of hybrid traction is used to solve the question.The relative error between the solution accuracy and autual data on site is controlled within 5%.In view of this,the scheme of water injection pump operation and optimization with a specific and feasible for water injection system is proposed,which can meet the needs of oilfield production and operation,with total power consumption decreasing by 0.98×104 kWh/d,and achieve a good energy conservation effect.
