摘 要:大庆油田矿区服务事业部通过在杏南、朝阳地区集中供热系统推广应用分布式变频二级泵成套技术,使热能的被动“推送”变为由热用户根据用热需求主动“抽取”,减少了调节阀的节流损失,提高了管网输配效率。在热源处出口的供回水之间设置均压管,使热源和热网形成各自独立的水动力循环系统,起到了流量解耦作用。热源和热网的运行流量不再相互制约。锅炉在额定流量下高效运行,传统供热系统长期存在的水力失调、冷热不均等老大难问题得以解决。循环泵总装机功率降低34.41%,年综合节能率32.24%。The Daqing Oilfield Mining Services Division has promoted and applied the complete technology for distributed frequency conversion secondary pump in the central heating systems of Xingnan and Chaoyang areas,which has changed the passive"push"of heat energy into the active"extraction"of heat users in accordance with the heat demand,reducing the throttling loss of the regulating valve and improving the efficiency of pipeline network transmission and distribution.The pressure equalization pipe is set between the supply and return water at the outlet of the heat source in order that the heat source and the heat network form their own independent hydrodynamic circulation system,which plays the role of flow decoupling.The operation flows of heat source and heat network are no longer restricted by each other.The boilers operate efficiently at the rated flow,and the persistent problems including hydraulic imbalance and unequal cooling and heating in traditional heating system have been solved,making the total installed power of the circulating pump be reduced by 34.41%,with the energy conservation rate of annual comprehensive reaching 32.24%.
