初产妇母亲功能状态与自我效能感和主观幸福感的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的调查初产妇母亲功能状态,分析与自我效能感、主观幸福感的相关性,为制订针对性干预措施提供参考。方法便利选取297名初产妇,于产后42 d复查时,采用一般资料调查问卷、中文版Barkin母亲功能状态量表、一般自我效能感量表及总体幸福感量表进行调查。结果初产妇母亲功能状态总分为(61.70±7.36)分,自我效能感评分为(25.16±4.09)分,主观幸福感评分为(67.62±7.88)分。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,初产妇自我效能感、主观幸福感与母亲功能状态总分及各维度评分呈正相关(均P<0.05)。分层回归分析结果显示,自我效能感与主观幸福感能够独立解释母亲功能状态18.4%的变异(均P<0.05)。结论初产妇母亲功能状态处于中等偏上水平,与自我效能感、主观幸福感密切相关。医护人员对初产妇进行产后护理保健时,应给予足够的信息支持与情感支持,以提高其自我效能感、主观幸福感,进而促进母亲功能执行。Objective To investigate the maternal function of primiparas,and to analyze itsrelationship with self-efficacy and subjective well-being,so as to provide a reference for developing targeted intervention.Methods A total of 297 primiparas were selected by convenience sampling when they came back to hospital for a check at 42 days after delivery,then they were investigated by using a general information questionnaire,the Chinese version of Barkin Index Maternal Functioning Scale,the General Self-Efficacy Scale and the General Well-Being Schedule.Results The participants′total score of maternal function was(61.70±7.36),their score of self-efficacy was(25.16±4.09),and the score of subjective well-being was(67.62±7.88).Pearson correlation analysis showed that,the participants'score of self-efficacy and subjective well-being were positively correlated with the total score and each subscale score of maternal function(all P<0.05).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that,self-efficacy and subjective well-being could independently explain 18.4%of the variation in maternal function(both P<0.05).Conclusion The maternal function of primiparas is at a medium and above level,which is closely related to their self-efficacy and subjective well-being.When carrying out postpartum nursing care for primiparas,medical staff should give them enough information support and emotional support to improve their self-efficacy and subjective well-being,so as to promote the implementation of maternal function.
