火龙罐综合灸用于急性期周围性面瘫患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨火龙罐综合灸用于急性期周围性面瘫的效果。方法选取80例急性期周围性面瘫患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组在常规治疗基础上采用艾箱灸疗法,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用火龙罐综合灸疗法,干预前、干预4周后,分别采用House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级、FaCE量表对两组面神经功能和生活质量进行评价,并评价两组疗效。结果干预后,观察组H-B分级显著低于对照组,FaCE量表各维度评分与疗效显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论火龙罐综合灸能有效改善急性期周围性面瘫患者症状,提高患者生活质量和疗效。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive moxibustion with Huolong Cupping on improving peripheral facial paralysis patients in the acute phase.Methods A total of 80 peripheral facial paralysis patients in the acute phase were randomized into a control group and an experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.Based on conventional treatment,the control group received Moxa-Box moxibustion therapy,while the experimental group received comprehensive moxibustion Huolong Cupping.Before the intervention and 4 weeks after the intervention,the House-Brackmann(H-B)facial nerve function grading scale and the Facial Clinimetric Evaluation(FaCE)scale were utilized to evaluate the facial nerve function and quality of life of the two groups,and the clinical effect of the two groups were assessed after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the H-B grade of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and its scores of FaCE scale and subscales,and its clinical effect were significantly better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive moxibustion with Huolong Cupping can effectively alleviate the symptoms of peripheral facial paralysis patients in the acute phase,and improve their quality of life and curative effect.
