摘 要:针对35~220 kV已投运变电站无功补偿容量和分组优化问题,提出剩余无功电量最小的变电站无功补偿优化配置方法。首先,对现有变电站无功补偿装置配置方法和无功功率运行特性进行分析;其次,建立剩余无功电量最小的无功补偿优化配置模型,从无功不倒送、电压波动限值、控制策略要求3个方面提出优化模型约束条件,采用改进粒子群算法对优化模型进行求解,得到电容器组补偿容量和单组容量;最后,以某已投运变电站为例,验证优化模型的适用性和有效性。An optimal configuration method of reactive power compensation devices in substations based on minimum residual reactive power is proposed for the problem of reactive power compensation capacity and grouping optimization of 35~220 kV operated substations.Firstly,the configuration method of reactive power compensation devices and the operating characteristics of reactive power in existing substations are analyzed;secondly,the optimal configuration model of reactive power compensation based on minimum residual reactive power is established,and the constraints of the optimization model are proposed from three aspects:reactive power is not reversed,voltage fluctuation limit,and control strategy requirements,then the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimization model,and the capacitor bank compensation capacity and single bank capacity are obtained;Finally,the applicability and effectiveness of the optimization model are verified by taking a substation that has been put into operation as an example.
