摘 要:以甬舟铁路金塘海底铁路隧道矿山法施工段为依托,选其深埋段Ⅳ_(b)型衬砌参数,采用荷载-结构模型,基于内力分布特点研究仰拱加深、拱脚加厚及仰拱加深+加厚拱脚3种方案下的断面优化效果。结果表明,仰拱加深0.5 m可使断面弯矩分布更加均匀,可改善各关键节点安全性能并将衬砌可承受的最大水压由拱顶以上6 m提升至38 m;拱脚段加厚0.3 m对结构弯矩分布、底鼓挠度大小及整体安全系数的提升效果较小,可承受极限水压为拱顶以上23 m;仰拱加深0.5 m+拱脚加厚0.3 m优化方案与仰拱加深0.5 m方案优化效果大体一致,故建议断面优化优先考虑仰拱加深措施。Based on the mining method construction section of the Jintang submarine railway tunnel of the Ningbo-Zhoushan Railway,theⅣ_(b)type lining parameters of the deep buried section were selected,and the load-structure model was adopted to study the section optimization effects under three schemes of inverted arch deepening,arch foot thickening and arch deepening+thickening arch foot considering the characteristics of internal force distribution.The research results show that:deepening the inverted arch by 0.5 m can make the bending moment distribution more uniform,improve the safety performance of each key point,and increase the maximum water pressure that the lining can withstand from 6 m above the vault to 38 m;the arch foot section is thickened by 0.3 m has little effect on the structural bending moment distribution,the deflection of the bottom drum and the overall safety factor,and the ultimate water pressure that can withstand is 23 m above the vault;the optimization effect of inverted arch deepening by 0.5 m+arch foot thickening by 0.3 m is generally consistent with that of inverted arch deepening by 0.5 m.Therefore,it is suggested to give priority to inverted arch deepening measures for section optimization.
