摘 要:对既有建筑物进行加固改造对原结构稳定性、安全性、延长使用寿命等具有重要意义。以某既有办公楼为研究对象,根据工程需要,对其进行加层改造及抗震加固设计。依据现行国家标准,运用SATWE软件对加固前办公楼进行计算分析,发现原结构部分桩基承载力不足,最大位移比和最大层间位移比已不能满足现行标准规范抗震设计要求。通过采用在适当位置增设钢结构支撑的方法,加固后办公楼经计算各项指标均能满足抗震设计要求,证明该方法不仅可有效解决既有结构刚度相差过大的问题,同时也解决了桩基承载力不足的问题。The strengthening and reconstruction of the existing building is of great significance to the stability,safety and extending service life of the existing office building.In this paper,the existing office building was investigated,which was reconstructed and seismically reinforced according to the engineering needs.SATWE software was used to calculate and analyze the office building before reinforcement according to the current national standards,and it was found that the bearing capacity of some pile foundations of the original structure was insufficient,and the maximum displacement ratio and maximum inter-story displacement ratio could not meet the seismic design requirements of the current standards.The office building after reinforcement by adding the steel structure support at the appropriate position was calculated,and all the indexes could meet the seismic design requirements,which proved that the method could not only effectively solve the problem of excessive stiffness difference of existing structure,but also solve the problem of insufficient bearing capacity of pile foundation.
