摘  要:铝合金模板在高层住宅建筑中已广泛使用,在传统项目管理模式下,多采用生产工厂内预拼装验收,传统工艺耗时费力,且增加了供需双方生产成本和管理费用。本文研究铝合金模板免预拼装工艺技术重难点,针对性提出改进设计工艺、调整生产流程、规范分类发货、提高工程指导服务,以实现铝合金模板免预拼装目的。实践表明,铝合金模板免预拼装工艺可以缩短厂家生产交付周期,降低工厂生产成本;也可以节约施工项目工期,降低施工企业成本,提高经济效益。Aluminum alloy formwork has been widely used in high-rise residential buildings,under the traditional project management mode,pre-assembly acceptance in the production plant is often used,traditional process takes time and effort,it also increases the production costs and management expenses of both parties.In the paper,the author studied the main problems to be solved in the pre-assembly process of aluminum alloy formwork,and put foward targeted solutions to improve design process,adjust the production process,standardize the classified delivery and improve engineering guidance services,so as to realize no pre-assembly of aluminum alloy formwork.The practice shows that the aluminum alloy formwork without preassembly process can shorten the production and delivery cycle of the manufacturer,reduce factory production costs.It can also save the construction project duration,reduce the cost of construction enterprises and improve economic benefits.
