摘　　要：高质量发展是新发展阶段下贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局的根本体现。基于新发展理念,构建高质量发展测度评价指标体系,运用熵值法测度2015—2020年皖北六市高质量发展水平。研究发现:皖北六市高质量发展综合指数均呈现逐年上升态势;皖北六市五个子系统的发展指数变动趋势存在差异,2020年五个子系统发展指数均值显示出协调、开放水平相对偏低。皖北六市高质量发展障碍度分析表明,协调发展是各市共同面临的难题,创新发展水平也需增强。未来应进一步贯彻新发展理念、强化区域合作、坚持“四化”同步发展、实施城乡协调发展,以持续推动皖北地区高质量发展。High-quality development is the fundamental manifestation of implementing new development philosophy and building new development pattern in the new development stage.Based on the new development philosophy,this study constructs an evaluation index system of high-quality development,using the entropy method to measure and evaluate the level of high-quality development of six cities in northern Anhui from 2015 to 2020.The results show that the comprehensive index of high-quality development of the six cities increases year by year.There are differences in the trends of the development indices of the five subsystems.The mean value of the five subsystems’development indices in 2020 shows that the level of coordination and openness is relatively low.The analysis of the obstacles in high-quality development of the six cities shows that coordinated development is the common challenge faced by all the six cities,and the level of innovative development also needs to be enhanced.In the future,we should further implement the new development philosophy,strengthen regional cooperation,promote the integrated development of the four modernizations,and the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,so as to keep promoting high-quality development in Northern Anhui.
