摘 要:本研究通过增加隔膜层数来增加正负极的间距以提高锌离子混合超级电容器(ZIC)的循环寿命,并计算出相应的枝晶生长速率。结果表明,四层隔膜的ZIC在1 A·g^(-1)的电流密度下,循环寿命可达20000圈,充放电时长达170 h,是单层隔膜的200倍。正负极间距会导致ZIC的比容量变化。当电流密度为0.1 A·g^(-1)时,单层隔膜,双层隔膜,三层隔膜,四层隔膜的比电容分别为262,230,218和207 F·g^(-1)。当电流密度为10 A·g^(-1)时,不同层数隔膜的比电容分别为90,75,68和42 F·g^(-1)。由于正负极间距的增加,延缓了锌枝晶生长刺穿隔膜的时间,从而大大提高了ZIC的循环寿命。In order to greatly improve the cycle life of zinc ion hybrid supercapacitor(ZIC),enlarging the spacing distance between the anode and cathode by increasing the number of separators was carried out in this work.Then,the growth rate of zinc dendrites has been calculated.The results showed that ZIC with four separators achieved an outstanding cycle life of 20,000 cycles at 1 A·g^(-1),and that the charging and discharging time can reach 170 hours,which is 200 times longer than that of ZIC with only single separator.Meanwhile,the distance between the anode and cathode also leads to the change of the specific capacity of ZIC,such as 262,230,218,and 207 F·g^(-1) at 0.1 A·g^(-1) for ZIC with single-,double-,three-,and four-layer separators,respectively.At 10 A·g^(-1),the specific capacitance of ZIC decreased to 9075,68,and 42 F·g^(-1),respectively.The improved cycle life of ZIC is mainly attributed to the increased distance between the anode and cathode,slowing down the growth of zinc dendrites.Furthermore,multi-layer separators can increase electrolyte storage,which retards the capacitance drop due to the insufficient electrolyte.This method greatly improves the cycle performance of ZIC,and also provides an insight for the appropriate thickness design of solid or gel electrolyte in future.
