摘 要:本研究提出了对陶粒进行孔结构设计的方法,采用不同粒径范围的造孔剂,逐层包覆制备由内而外,孔径梯度变化的结构型陶粒,来增强材料蓄水效果。重点探讨了陶粒的孔隙变化对其吸水、保水性能的影响。通过X射线衍射分析(XRD)、X射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)、压汞法(MIP)、Image-Pro Plus(IPP)等方法对孔结构设计多孔陶粒的物相组成、孔结构分布、微观结构等方面进行研究。实验表明,孔结构设计的陶粒试样吸水、保水效果好于未孔结构设计的陶粒试样。随着造孔剂粒径的增大,高温烧结后陶粒的孔隙随之增大,陶粒试样的吸水、保水性能却在下降。当煤粉掺量10%,烧结温度1000℃,保温时间30 min时,孔结构设计的内孔大外孔小的陶粒物理性能最优,其吸水率为22.75%、堆积密度为721 kg/m3、筒压强度为3.39 MPa,在50℃烘干时水分能保持47 h,优于普通陶粒的18 h。This study proposes a novel pore structure design for ceramsite was proposed.The structural ceramsite with gradually changing pore size was prepared layer by layer using different size ranges of poreforming agents to enhance the water retention effect.The influence of pore changes on the water absorption and water retention properties of ceramsite was discussed.X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray fluorescence(XRF),mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP),image-pro plus(IPP)and other methods were used to study the phase,composition,pore structure distribution and microstructure of porous ceramsite.The experimental results show that the water absorption and water retention effect of the ceramic sample with pore structure design is better than that of the ceramic sample without pore structure design.With the increase of particle size of pore-forming agents,the pore size of the ceramsite increases after sintering at high temperatures,but the water absorption and water retention performance of the ceramsite sample decreases.When the amount of coal powder is 10%,the sintering temperature is 1000℃,and the holding time is 30 min.The physical properties of the ceramsite with large inner holes and small outer holes are the best.The water absorption rate is 22.75%,the bulk density is 721 kg/m3,the cylinder pressure strength is 3.39 MPa,and the moisture can be maintained for 47 h at 50℃.It was better than ordinary ceramsite(18 h).
