摘 要:目的:本文旨在通过对综述研究的系统性综述,概述该领域研究进展及未来发展方向。方法:本研究应用系统性综述方法,于2022年3月检索MEDLINE(Ovid)、EMBASE、Web of Science,APA Psyclnfo数据库。结果:共计到检索144篇相关综述文章,进行筛选、质量评定后,最终纳入31篇文献,结果表明:1)运动强度、频率和持续时间是该领域研究关注的重点,目前研究认为中高强度的身体活动对儿童青少年抑郁与焦虑的益处较其他运动强度更高;2)基于学校的运动干预是运动环境影响儿童青少年抑郁与焦虑的重要方向;该领域对运动类型的影响作用关注较为有限;3)另外,英国与澳大利亚在运动改善儿童青少年抑郁与焦虑领域占据领先地位,其理论和研究方法具有较大价值的借鉴性。结论:运动可以改善和预防儿童青少年抑郁与焦虑,未来研究应探索运动强度、频率和持续时间的交互影响;考察运动与儿童青少年抑郁与焦虑的因果关系(机制因素影响);关注学校、社区体育对儿童青少年运动参与影响其精神健康的作用;以及慎重考虑运动数据的收集与分析方法论对研究结果的影响。Objective:The purpose of this paper is to provide a systematic review of the research progress and future development direction in this field.Methods:In this study,a systematic review method was used to search MEDLINE(Ovid),EMBASE,Web of Science,and APA Psyclnfo databases in March 2022.Results:A total of 144 related review articles were retrieved,and 31 articles were included after screening and quality evaluation.The results showed that:1)The intensity,frequency and duration of exercise are the focus of research in this field.Currently,moderate to high intensity physical activity is more beneficial than other intensity of exercise on depres sion and anxiety in children and adolescents.2)School-based exercise intervention is an important direction for the influence of exercise environment on depression and anxiety in children and adolescents;In this field,there is limited attention to the influence of exercise types.3)In addition,the UK and Australia occupy a leading position in the field of exercise to improve depression and anxiety in children and adolescents,and their theories and research methods are of great value for reference.Conclusion:Exercise can improve and prevent depression and anxiety in children and adolescents.Future studies should explore the interactive effects of exercise intensity,frequency and duration.To investigate the causal relationship between exercise and depression and anxiety in children and adolescents(influence of mechanism factors).Concerned about the effect of school and community sports on the mental health of children and adolescents'participation in sports;And carefully consider the impact of sports data collection and analysis methodology on the research results.
