摘　　要：以杯[4]芳烃为底物,与氯乙酸乙酯在碱性条件下反应合成了杯[4]芳烃四乙酸乙酯,经水解后与二氯亚砜反应得到杯[4]芳烃四乙酰氯,再与噻吩甲胺反应后成功合成了杯[4]芳烃四噻吩衍生物,并利用^(1)H NMR、IR确认了目标产物的结构。Calix[4]arene tetraethyl acetate was synthesized by reaction of calixyl[4]arene as substrate with ethyl chloroacetate under alkaline conditions.After hydrolysis,calix[4]arene tetraacetyl chloride was obtained by reacting with dichlorosulfoxide.Finally,calix[4]arene tetraethyl derivative was obtained by the coupling of calix[4]arene tetraacetyl chloride with thiophene methylamine.And the structure of the target product was identified by ^(1)H NMR and IR.
