摘 要:以聚醚砜纳滤膜为基膜,采用胺基改性纳米SiO_(2)掺杂树状聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)作为水相改性剂制备了一类有机-无机复合纳滤膜。通过条件优化实验确定较佳界面聚合条件为有机相单体w(均苯三甲酰氯)=0.5%、w(PAMAM)=0.3%、w(SiO_(2))=0.3%、处理时间90 s、处理温度80℃。在该条件下,纳滤膜对无机盐的截留率为67.3%、通量为31.3 L/(m^(2)·h),对模拟污水的分离性能优于采用未改性纳米SiO_(2)制备的有机-无机复合纳滤膜。制备的纳滤膜对4种模拟矿化污水的截留顺序为Na_(2)SO_(4)>KCl>CaCl_(2)>MgCl_(2)。Organic-inorganic nanofiltration membrane was prepared with amine-functionalized SiO_(2) and PAMAM as aqueous monomer,and polyether sulfone(PES)membrane as substrate.The interfacial polymerization conditions were investigated by conditional experiments and the optimal preparation conditions were as follows:TMC concentration was 0.5%,PAMAM concentration was 0.3%,mass fraction of SiO_(2) was 0.3%,treatment time was 90 s,and treatment temperature was 80℃.Under the conditions,the rejection of inorganic salt of the synthesized organic-inorganic nanofiltration membrane was 67.3%and the flux was 31.3 L/(m^(2)·h).The separation performance of the synthesized organic-inorganic nanofiltration membrane was superior to the organic-inorganic nanofiltration membrane prepared with SiO_(2) as material.The order of the rejection for four kinds of simulated mineralized sewage was Na_(2)SO_(4)>KCl>CaCl_(2)>MgCl_(2) with the synthesized organic-inorganic nanofiltration membrane.
