摘　　要：病人积极度与腰椎术后功能恢复之间具有相关性,对增加病人健康行为,提高康复锻炼依从性,改善功能障碍程度,促进良好康复结局具有显著作用。在此对腰椎手术病人积极度的研究现状、测量工具、影响因素及干预措施进行综述,以期为后续提高腰椎手术病人积极度水平提供参考。There was a correlation between patient activation and functional recovery after lumbar spine surgery,which has a significant role in increasing patients′health behaviors,improving rehabilitation exercise compliance,improving the degree of dysfunction,and promoting a good outcome of rehabilitation.In this paper,the research status,measuring tools,influencing factors and intervention measures of the activation of patients undergoing lumbar spine surgery were summarized,in order to provide reference for the subsequent improvement of the activation of patients undergoing lumbar spine surgery.
