摘 要:洱海曾多次爆发蓝藻,水质严重恶化,经过多年的治理洱海水质得到明显改善。通过分析发现洱海水质的改善主要归功于前期各类生态治理项目的实施。目前的湖泊流域管理体制机制还不够完善,难以适应将来流域经济的快速发展以及流域保护治理的需求。本文分析和总结了洱海流域管理体制的现状及存在的问题,提出了完善管理体制的建议。Erhai Lake has broke out blue-green repeatedly algae and accompanied by severe deterioration of water quality.After years of treatment,the water quality of Erhai Lake has been significantly improved.Through analysis,it is found that the improvement of water quality in Erhai Lake is mainly due to the implementation of various ecological management projects in the previous period.The current lake basin management system and mechanism is not perfect enough to meet the needs of the rapid development of the basin economy and the needs of basin protection and governance in the future.This paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation and existing problems of the Erhai watershed management system,and puts forward suggestions for improving the management system.
