摘  要:本文以川东典型丘陵城市南充市嘉陵区为例,以其城市大气自动监测站近5年来的二氧化硫(SO_(2))、二氧化氮(NO_(2))、可吸入颗粒物(PM_(10))、臭氧(O_(3))、一氧化碳(CO)、细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))监测结果为依据,对近5年大气环境质量变化进行综合分析评价,结果表明,嘉陵区“十三五”期间大气质量总体上呈现出明显改善趋势,但是O_(3)污染问题日趋严重,已成为2017-2019年的首要污染物。大气污染物排放量呈减少趋势,但挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放明显增加,NOX浓度也呈上升趋势。由于VOCs是O_(3)的重要前体物,因此VOCs治理是嘉陵区大气污染防治工作中的重点和难点。Taking Jialing District,Nanchong City,a typical hilly city in eastern Sichuan as an example,based on the monitoring results of sulfur dioxide(SO_(2)),nitrogen dioxide(N0_(2)),inhalable particulate matter(PM_(10)),ozone(0_(3)),carbon monoxide(CO)and fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5))at its urban atmospheric automatic monitoring station in recent five years,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the changes in atmospheric environmental quality in recent five years.The results show that:,During the"13th five year planH period in Jialing District,the air quality generally showed an upward trend,but the problem of O_(3) became more and more serious.The primary pollutant from 2017 to 2019 was basically O_(3).The emission of air pollutants generally shows a decreasing trend,but the emission of volatile organic compounds increases significantly,and the emission of nitrogen oxides also shows an up ward trend・As VOCs is an important precursor of ozone,the control of VOCs is the key and difficult point in the prevention and control of air pollution in Jialing district.
