摘 要:为探索香合欢(Albizia odoratissima)抗旱机制,选出优良抗旱种源,为该树种的推广种植提供科学依据,以广西乐业、云南新平和广西凭祥3个典型气候区种源的1年生香合欢幼苗为试验材料,采用室内盆栽法,对自然干旱胁迫下不同种源香合欢幼苗的生长和光合特性进行比较分析。结果表明,乐业种源幼苗株高和地径减小;新平和凭祥种源幼苗株高增加,地径基本不变;凭祥种源幼苗株高和地径显著大于其他两个种源。随干旱天数增加,3个种源幼苗总叶绿素含量和净光合速率均下降,凭祥种源幼苗均下降最快,叶片最先干枯凋落;乐业和新平种源幼苗胞间CO_(2)浓度呈升高趋势,凭祥种源幼苗下降;乐业和新平种源幼苗气孔导度先升高后降低,凭祥种源幼苗下降;新平种源幼苗蒸腾速率先升高再降低,乐业和凭祥种源幼苗降低。新平种源相对乐业种源为水分浪费型。叶绿素含量与净光合速率呈极显著相关。综合分析,抗旱能力表现为乐业>新平>凭祥。In order to explore drought resistance mechanism of Albizia odoratissima seedlings,select excellent drought-resistant provenances and provid scientific basis for popularization and planting of this species,taking one-year-old A.odoratissima seedlings from Leye of Guangxi,Xinping of Yunnan and Pingxiang of Guangxi as experimental materials,growth and photosynthetic characteristics of A.odoratissima seedlings from different provenances under natural drought stress were compared and analyzed by indoor pot method.Results showed that compared with control,seedling height and ground diameter of Leye provenance seedlings decreased,seed⁃ling heights of Xinping and Pingxiang provenance seedlings increased and ground diameters were almost the same.After drought stress,seedling height and ground diameter of Pingxiang provenance seedlings significantly bigger than the other provenances.With increase of drought days,total chlorophyll contents and net photosyn⁃thetic rates of three provenance seedlings decreased,and Pingxiang provenance seedlings decreased the fastest,while leaves fell firstly.Intercellular CO_(2)concentrations of Leye and Xinping provenance seedlings showed a trend of increase,while Pingxiang provenance seedlings decreased.Stomatal conductance of Leye and Xinping provenance seedlings increased firstly and then decreased,while Pingxiang provenance seedlings decreased.Transpiration rate of Xinping provenance seedlings increased firstly and then decreased,while Leye and Pingx⁃iang provenance seedlings decreased.Compared with Leye provenance,Xinping provenance was water waster.Chlorophyll content was significantly correlated with Pn.Comprehensive analysis showed that drought resis⁃tance ability was Leye>Xinping>Pingxiang.
