摘 要:植物叶片的显微结构常作为植物分类的主要依据。为探究忍冬属(Lonicera)植物在叶脉序上的差异性,采用脉络法或清净法对15种忍冬属植物叶片进行处理,观察脉序并测定脉岛数。结果表明,15种忍冬属植物多具四级脉序结构;一级脉构架类型均为环节曲形羽状脉,二级脉与主脉夹角均为锐角。15种忍冬属植物叶脉序特征包括三级脉为贯串型或结网型;三级脉和四级脉构成网眼;网眼具盲脉,盲脉多回分支;具有五级脉等。叶脉岛数具有差异,可作为辅助特征鉴别忍冬属植物。叶脉序及叶脉岛数可作为忍冬属植物分类鉴定的依据之一,利用以上特征编制了检索表对15种忍冬属植物进行区分。Micro-structure of plant leaves is often used as main basis for plant classification.In order to explore differences in leaf vein sequences of Lonicera plants,leaves of 15 species of Lonicera plants were treated by vein method or purification method,and vein sequences were observed and number of vein island was deter⁃mined.Results showed that most of 15 species of Lonicera plants had quaternary vein sequence structures.Pri⁃mary veins were all camptodromous pinnate veins,and angles between main veins and secondary veins were acute angle.Tertiary veins were percurrent or reticulate types.Tertiary and quaternary veins formed areoles.Ar⁃eoles had veinlets and veinlets had multiple branches.There were quinternary veins.Number of vein islands was different,which could be used as a auxiliary feature to identify Lonicera plants.Leaf vein sequence and number of leaf vein islands could be used as one of bases for classification and identification of Lonicera plants,and a search table was compiled using above characteristics to distinguish 15 species of Lonicera plants.
