摘  要:为提高地铁沿线新建建筑物的舒适度,有必要在开发前对地面进行地铁车致振动测试与舒适度评价,并将地铁振动激励考虑到拟开发建筑的设计中。文中选取上海某地铁运营线正上方待开发地块进行振动测试,采用加速度时程和频谱分析对地铁致振动的传播规律开展了研究,并利用Z振级、1/3倍频程和四次方振动计量值对区域内竖向振动进行了评价。分析表明,随着测点与轨道距离的增加,三向加速度整体呈衰减趋势。距离轨道水平距离40~50 m处有竖向振动放大区,其Z振级放大效应大于加速度放大效应,Z振级值最高达79.4 dB,放大区内1/3倍频程评价在12 Hz附近均超限,应对放大区内结构采取相应的振动控制措施,提高其舒适度。研究结果可为地铁运行所致振动传播规律分析、新开发建筑的振动控制设计提供基础数据。In order to improve the comfort of new buildings near the subway,the field tests and comfortability evaluation of the ground should be carried out before development,then the vibration input can be provided during the design of buildings.Therefore,a specific ground above the subway line in Shanghai was selected,and the field tests were performed on this ground.The test results were explored by the acceleration time-history and spectrum analysis,and the vertical vibration was evaluated by the Z-vibration levels,1/3 octave and vertical fourth power vibration does values.The results showed that with the increase of the distance between the measurement points and the subway line,the three-dimensional accelerations showed an overall attenuation trend.There was a verticle vibration amplification zone around 40~50 m horizontally away from the subway line,where the amplification effect of Z vibration level was larger than that of acceleration.The maximum Z-vibration level of the zone reached to 79.4 dB.Besides,the 1/3 octave of this zone exceeded the limit when the centric frequency in the vertical direction near 12 Hz.Therefore,vibration control measures should be taken to improve the comfort of the buildings in the vibration amplification zone.This study can provide basic data for the analysis of vibration transmission caused by the subway and the design of the vibration control for the new buildings.
