摘 要:提出了一种带悬臂拼接段新型装配式梁柱节点,通过合理的参数设置,研究了节点在不同连接方式、不同加劲件短肢长度以及采用单腋及双腋加劲形式下的刚度退化、承载力及破坏模式变化规律,并建立了精确数值计算模型来进行对比分析研究。研究结果表明:各试件延性系数均超过3,且强轴连接下塑性铰远离节点连接区,具有较好的变形能力;相比于基本试件,采用双加腋加劲形式的节点初始刚度、承载力以及转动能力方面均出现一定程度的下降,承载力退化曲线波动较大,节点受力主要依靠节点域,悬臂拼接段加劲肋应力较小,不建议推广;增加L型加劲件短肢长度不会显著改善节点承载力及转角,但却可以充分发挥L型加劲件的承载作用,减轻节点域承载负担;采用弱轴连接方式的节点在初始刚度、节点转动及承载力方面的性能均劣于基本试件,且后期塑性铰发展不明显,破坏模式为节点连接区域的L型加劲件短肢弯曲变形。研究结果可为装配式结构的发展应用与推广提供参考与借鉴。This paper proposes a new type of prefabrication beam-column joint with cantilivered splicing section.Through reasonable parameter settings,the joint′s stiffness degradation,load carrying capacity and destruction mode laws are investigated under different connection methods,different stiffener lengths,single-axillary and double-axillary stiffener forms.An accurate numerical calculation model is established for comparative analysis and research.The results show that the ductility coefficient of each specimen exceeds 3,and the plastic hinge under the strong axis connection is far away from the joint connection area,and has better deformation ability.Compared with the basic specimen,the initial stiffness,load carrying capacity and rotational capacity of the joint with double axillary stiffeners decreased to a certain extent,and the carrying capacity degradation curve fluctuated considerably.The bearing capacity of the joint mainly relied on the panel zone,and the stress of stiffeners in the cantilevered splicing section was small,which is not recommended to be promoted.Increasing the length of the short leg of the L-shaped stiffener will not significantly improve the bearing capacity and rotation angle of the joints,but it can give full play to the bearing effect of the L-shaped stiffeners and reduce the bearing burden of the panel zone.The joints using the weak axis connection method have poor performance in terms of initial stiffness,joint rotation and bearing capacity.Compared with the basic specimen,the plastic hinge development is not obvious in the later stage,and the damage mode is the bending deformation of the short limbs of the L-shaped stiffeners in the joint connection area.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the development,application and promotion of prefabricated structures.
