摘　　要：中药是中华民族的宝贵财富。本文通过回顾药物发展史,梳理中药法律法规及政策现状、产业现状、国外发展现状、在新冠疫情中的重要作用以及目前存在的一些问题,提出中药产业的发展应当分现代化和创新化两步走,为中药产业传承精华、创新守正提供借鉴与思路。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is precious wealth of China.This article reviews the history of drug development,summarizes the current situation of laws,regulations and policies,industry status,overseas sales,contribution to combating COVID-19 and existing problems of TCM.It is suggested that the development of TCM industry should be divided into two steps,namely modernization and innovation,so as to provide reference for TCM industry to inherit essence and innovate.
