摘 要:为明确种植于不同土层厚度下的五叶地锦和葛枝条的抗寒差异,以栽植于不同土层厚度(30 cm、50 cm、70 cm)中的五叶地锦、葛的1年生休眠枝条为试材,分别进行-10、-20、-30和-40℃低温处理24 h后,以4℃处理的为对照,测定其萌芽率和生理指标,并采用隶属函数法综合评价土层厚度对2种植物的抗寒能力的影响。结果表明:50、70 cm土层下的2种植物的萌芽率均较高。五叶地锦在不同土层厚度下的相对电导率和MDA含量均随温度的降低而升高;70 cm土层下的相对电导率和MDA含量最低,SOD酶活性和可溶性糖含量最高。对葛而言,不同土层厚度下的SOD酶活性在-20℃以上均能维持较高水平,MDA含量在此温度范围内逐渐降低,其余指标的变化规律与五叶地锦相似。70 cm土层厚度下2种植物的抗寒能力最强,但2种植物种植于50 cm土层厚度中即可满足越冬要求。In order to clarify the difference in cold resistance between Parthenocissus quinquefolia and Pueraria montana branches planted under different soil depths,1-year-old dormant branches of Parthenocissus quinquefolia and Pueraria montana planted in different soil depths(30 cm,50 cm and 70 cm)were used as test materials.After 24 hours of low temperature treatment at -10℃,-20℃,-30℃ and-40℃,the germination rate and physiological indexes were determined with the treatment of 4℃ as a control,and the influence of soil depths on the cold resistance of the two plants was comprehensively evaluated by membership function method.The results showed that the germination rate of both plants under the 50 cm and 70 cm soil layers was high.The relative conductivity and MDA content of Parthenocissus quinquefolia under different soil depths increased with the decrease of temperature.The relative conductivity and MDA content were the lowest under the 70 cm soil layer,and the SOD enzyme activity and soluble sugar content were the highest.For P.montana,the activity of SOD enzyme under different soil depths could maintain a high level above-20℃,and the MDA content gradually decreased in this temperature range,and the change law of other indexes was similar to that of Parthenocissus quinquefolia.The two plants with a soil depths of 70 cm had the strongest cold resistance,but the two plants planted in a soil depths of 50 cm could meet the wintering requirements.
