新型旋流燃烧器在燃用烟煤锅炉上流场特性数值模拟研究

摘  要:为了最大程度降低NO_(x)的生成,某锅炉厂提出了新型环形回流低NO_(x)旋流煤粉燃烧技术,在一台燃用低挥发烟煤锅炉上进行燃烧及低NO_(x)生成特性研究,利用Reynolds Stress湍流模型和Realizable k-ε模型分别对单只燃烧器的流动特性进行数值模拟计算。结果表明:在燃烧器出口处轴向方向产生了明显的环形回流区,卷吸高温烟气,加热一次风粉,保持火焰燃烧稳定性;同时高温烟气含氧量低,有利于NO_(x)的还原。To minimize the NO_(x) formation,a novel low-NO_(x) swirl pulverized-coal combustion technology characterized by the annulus recirculation was proposed by a boiler factory.By employing the industrial experiments to study the combustion and NO_(x) formation characteristics in utility boiler burning the bituminous coal,and simultaneously using the Reynolds Stress turbulence model and the Realizable k-εmodel to reveal the in-burner flow characteristics.The results show that an obvious annular recirculation zone is generated in the axial direction at the burner outlet zone.The recirculation zone brings the high-temperature flue gas back to the near burner zone and heats the primary coal/air flow,which promotes the pulverized coal ignition and maintains the flame stability.Additaionaly,the recirculating high temperature gas has the lowest oxygen content,is thus beneficial to the NO_(x) reduction.
