摘　　要：在部分类型锅炉中,锅炉悬吊管在穿顶棚位置需与顶棚密封焊接,多数悬吊管在此位置设计有套管,安装时套管与顶棚焊接;同时存在部分悬吊管直接与顶棚密封焊接,此位置易出现工地焊接问题导致的炉管泄漏。In some types of boilers,the boiler suspension pipe needs to be sealed welded with the ceiling at the position where it passes through the ceiling.Most suspension pipes are designed with sleeves at this position,and the sleeves are welded with the ceiling during installation;At the same time,some suspension pipes are directly sealed welded with the ceiling,which is prone to furnace pipe leakage caused by site welding problems.
