摘　　要：膜式壁管屏堆焊设备主要用于锅炉膜式壁管屏表面堆焊镍基作业。设备主要由工件固定架及升降平台、管屏工装架、高速摆动焊接机头、焊接电源及送丝机、焊接控制系统等组成。升降平台横向轨道上布置两把焊枪,通过对称布置可实现4把焊枪同时施焊两个叠加布置的工件,焊接效率高。焊接机头具有按照设定参数焊接定长焊缝的功能,并能够在行程范围内进行自动焊道排布和搭接量的控制。焊接过程中具备摆动焊接功能,实现立向下自动堆焊焊接。Membrane wall surfacing equipment is mainly used in boiler membrane wall surfacing nickel base operation.The equipment is mainly composed of workpiece fixed frame and lifting platform、membrane wall industrial frame、high-speed swing welding heads、welding source、wire feeder、welding control system,etc.Two welding torches are arranged on the lateral track of the lifting platform.By symmetrical arrangement,four welding torches can be used to weld two superimposed arranged workpieces at the same time,with high welding efficiency.The welding head has the function of welding the fixed length weld according to the set parameters,and can carry out automatic welding path arrangement and lap amount control within the stroke range.In the welding process,it has the function of swing welding,realizing vertical and downward automatic surfacing.
