摘　　要：本文主要介绍了在处理工程问题时,工程师们经常遇到的来自技术、管理、关系、利益等多方面的阻力,以及这些阻力的影响分析和应对办法。This paper mainly introduces the technical,management,relationship,interest resistance that engineers often encounter when dealing with engineering problems,as well as the influence analysis and countermeasures of these resistance.
